Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt in the Philippines?
Rumors are floating around Twitter that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are in the Philippines. I did a little research and here’s what I found out. Philstar.com says they’ve had a reliable source confirm that the the couple is in the island nation.
Andy Bautista, CEO of the chain that owns the Shangri-La(the hotel where the couple is reputed to be staying) , said, “I don’t think it is true.” He would not completely deny the story though.
Executives at the actual property would only say that the Shangri-La is fully booked and no one is booked using the names Angelina Jolie or Brad Pitt.
“But we will surely welcome them if they showed up,” the executive said. They added that the couple might be suing a fake name. (Ya think?)
I’ve got not idea if Brad or Angelina are in the Philippines. Last we knew Angelina was in New York working on Salt and Brad was headed to Cannes.

Hi KD!
I’ve seen on TV here in the Philippines, too. Reports have it that the two will be spending the Holy Week in Boracay - one of most beautiful and expensive beaches in the world - and will be staying in the Shangri-La.
While this is denied by their representatives, who knows it could be true. Last time, Stallone was in Boracay but did not use his Hollywood name so as to not attract any attention.

It’s certainly conceivable that Salt is on a break for the Easter holiday, and Brad doesn’t need to be at Cannes until sometime in May, so I doubt he’s headed there now! Who knows where they are, but it is interesting that this rumor is so specific.

Angie is filming but Brad is not going to Cannes until May. I am sure the family will be with him.

Well this could really be just rumors but I have a cousin who’s in Boracay right now and she just texted that Shangri-La’s having an odd super tight security now… wonder why…:D
Then again, Ange could be on a shooting and Brad, too is in to something. But who knows…

Word from a poster at PittWatch indicates that Angie has been filming in Studio on Long Island and that there have been sightings of the Jolie Pitts on Long Island. They should certainly have a lot of privacy at the estate they are renting. Sherry over at PittWatch reports that some filming has recently been done in NYC. I think they have a better security team in the last couple of years, but it is a wonder that a fan has not published a photo from Long Island in the last two weeks. Maybe it’s that we fans are respectful of their privacy.

how i really really wish its true, and i hope they would show up.. filipinos were very accommodating and hospitable.. they dont have to worry..
and yes.. boracay is a great place..
