Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt Named Most Influential Couple
Brad and Angie have topped Forbes Most Influential Couples list. The magazine used web presence and print media to determine what celebrity couples made the top of the list. Brad and Angie outscored other couples due to their large family, humanitarian work and drop dead good looks. According to People magazine Deputy Managing Editor Peter Castro celebrity couples are often more appealing together than separately.
“[Pitt] is pretty to look at, and he’s a fabulous actor, but he’s not the most scintillating person on his own,” Castro says. “But hook him up with, arguably, the world’s most beautiful woman, and then you have the makings of a really interesting tableau.”
I’ll admit that Angelina first started to grow on me around the time she and Brad got together. I wasn’t too sure about her before but the Brangelina hype really gave me an opportunity to learn about her humanitarian work.
You’ll remember that the Angelina brood topped the most Forbes most influential kids list late last year.
