Angelina Nominated for Independent Spirit Award
Angelina is one step closer to that Oscar nomination everyone has been talking about. Our favorite diva has garnered an Independent Spirit Award nomination for Best Actress for her role as Marianne Pearl in A Mighty Heart. Angelina will also be honored by the The Santa Barbara International Film Festival in February for her work on the Brad-produced film.

Wonderful news. Congratulations to all involved in A Mighty Heart. I’m happy the Jolie-Pitts are getting a respite from the paps. Hope they’re having a great private time. As much as I miss seeing the children, the recent ugliness surrounding Zahara’s adoption makes me hope we don’t see or read any more stories until they’re all out of college.
