Debunking all the postpartum depression rumors, Angelina has looked radiant and happy at every New York sighting this weekend. “Everybody’s great,” she told People at last night’s Changeling premier. . “The babies are getting big and healthy and developing personalities.”    Here’s what else she had to say at the red carpet premier.

About C-Section recovery:
“I run around with all the other kids, and I’m breastfeeding, which I think is a part of your body’s recovery,” Jolie said. “I feel great [and] feel very happy that they’re healthy.”

How they manage to take of six kids:
“We are a little bit [sleep deprived]. We have some help a couple of nights a week, so on those nights we catch up on our sleep.”

On adopting more children:
“I think we’re going to wait a little while.”

Grain of salt people. Take it all with a grain of salt. OK! magazine reports that Brad and Angie are set to adopt and African boy. According to the mag, the couple planned on adopting an African boy soon after they adopted Pax but plans changed when Angie found out she was pregnant with the twins.

“Angie and Brad have wanted an African boy for the last couple of years,” an “insider” told OK!. “They were initially going to have that adoption follow the addition of Pax last year, but that all changed when Angie got pregnant with twins last fall.”

I’m not sure what the article in it’s entirety(this story is only the web tease) but they’ve allegedly already started the process.

“Angelina was pretty far along in the process of adopting a beautiful baby that captured the couple’s heart when she and Brad got the surprise of their life and found out they were expecting,” the insider revealed.

I’ll believe it when I see it.

According to TMZ, Pax’s adoption is official. The couple appeared before an L.A. County Children’s Court in Monterey Park, Calif yesterday and finalized Pax’s adoption. I’m not sure how exactly this works.

We know that Angie had to adopt Pax from Vietnam alone because she and Brad aren’t married. Vietnam doesn’t allow domestic partners to adopt. I don’t remember if they frown on single men adopting alone or totally forbid.

The adoption had to first be approved in Vietnam and then cleared in the United States. Angie and Brad’s people only say that the adoption is final. I don’t know what that means exactly.

I’m just not sure where Brad is in the process. Did he officially adopt Pax yesterday? Anyone know?

Whatever the case, Congratulations to Pax and the entire Jolie-Pitt family.

Per the guidelines of Pax’s adoption, Angelina(Unmarried couples aren’t allowed to adopt from Vietnam so only her name is on the papers)has sent an annual report concerning Pax’s well being to Vietnamese officials. Pax was adopted on March 15, 2007 in Ho Chi Min City and recently celebrated his 4th birthday. According to VietNamNet, Angelina’s letter detailed how well the second oldest Jolie-Pitt is doing.

Angelina wrote, “We believe he feels very safe in his home. He laughs, sings, tells stories and is very fun to be around. He has a great sense of humor and is very imaginative. He is up to date with all his medical exams and vaccinations and has a very big appetite and developing properly. He is a wonderful addition to our family. We love him very much.”

The letter noted that Pax’s English is progressing nicely as he can now speak in complete sentences and tells funny stories. I was surprised to learn that Pax and Zahara are currently in kindergarten together. (Kudos to Angie and Brad for managing to keep the location a secret.)

Vietnamese law requires parents who adopt internationally to provide periodic updates “on the progress of the child periodically during the first three years following adoption, and at least once every year later till the child is 18 years of age.”

The letter was mailed from the family’s California home and included two snapshots of Pax(see one above).

It’s good to know that Pax is adjusting so well. I can’t believe it hasn’t even been a year since the adoption.

TMZ has retracted puppy adoption story:

Brad’s rep tells TMZ that little Lennie actually belongs to the actor’s longtime make-up artist, who has been taking the pup to Brad’s trailer and hotel suite to make him purdier — which explains why dog and man (and brood) have been constantly spotted together.

The latest member of the family has four legs and answers to the name of Lennie. Some outlets are reporting that Lennie is a Pitt Bull. A reader at TMZ insists that Lennie is an American Bulldog. Did the Jolie-Pitts buy a Pitt Bull? Is it safe for the kids? Check out the cuteness that is Lennie Jolie-Pitt.

In the latest issue of Now Magazine Angie tells us how her biggest turn on of Brad, is the fact he loves and cares for the children.

Angie confides to Now, ‘I don’t see Brad as a sex symbol – I see a real man. I hear the term “sex symbol�? about him all the time. But it doesn’t mean anything in our lives. In fact, we don’t talk about it at all.

‘Brad’s a secure man. And a great dad.’

They never talk about how sexy he is? Ok this is starting to sound weird. They don’t say I love you to each other and now they also don’t talk about how sexy they are? Hell, I do it with my beau and we are not 1% as sexy as them. What do they do for foreplay? Make Macaroni and Cheese for the kids? Actually I can kind of see that.

She adds:

‘I’d always said that I didn’t want a biological child of my own,’ explains Angelina. ‘Enough children in the world already needed a home.

‘Brad accepted the situation when I met him, but later he said he hadn’t given up on us having a child. Over a period of time, I saw how much he loved Maddox and Zahara and realized that for Brad and me to have a baby together wouldn’t in any way be a threat.’

Angie says they will only work for “a few more years�? before retiring to concentrate on bringing up their kids - and adding a few more. She says, “I think both of us only plan to work for a few more years. Brad and I have a lot of kids. And we want to have more kids, and they demand a lot of time. You can’t balance everything.”

Rumorville is swarming once again saying that Brad and Angie have decided to adopt a young child from the Czech Republic. Angie has been in Prague while shooting ‘Wanted’, an in her copious spare time has been visiting a Catholic orphange and fallen in love with a little boy.

Reportedly, Brad flew from Montreal, Canada, to Prague to meet the child and they are now in the process of adoption.

“Angelina celebrated her 32nd birthday yesterday and had told Brad she felt it was time to extend their family again. Her maternal instincts are in overdrive and she felt a bond with the kid straight away,�? The Sun quoted a source, as saying. “She called Brad and said she had found a child who would fit in perfectly with the other kids. If everything goes smoothly, Angelina will have an Eastern European son to add to her brood.�?

My only question? Where are the pics of these encounters of Brangelina with another little tot?

The only things on the internet about Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt and the kids seem to be a) the same regurgitated nonsense b) lies c) speculation or d) invasive to their privacy. So, for the first time, I’ve got nothing. I’m going to copy and paste for the time being, but what would you guys like to read or hear about? Do you want my reviews of her movies? Pictures? I’m up for ideas….

Angelina Jolie has revealed that baby Shiloh was planned, even though she had previously sworn off giving birth to a child herself.

She told Reader’s Digest recently: “Before I met Brad, I always said I was happy never to have a child biologically. He told me he hadn’t given up that thought.�?

“Then, a few months after Z came home, I saw Brad with her and Mad, and I realized how much he loved him, that a biological child would not in any way be a threat. So I said, ‘I want to try.’�?

The couple plan more children (�?More biological, more adopted.�?) in addition to the four children they already have, and that adopting an older child rather than a baby - as they did with latest member of the family, Pax - has been very rewarding so far.

Speaking of Pax’s arrival, she said: “The first two days, he cried a lot. I hired a translator, and he would explain what was going on.�?

“The first night, I slept alone with him. I was expecting him to wake up and scream, but he woke and just stared at me. I handed him a stuffed animal, and we walked around the room pointing at things.�?

“By day three, he didn’t want me to put him down. I think he got used to the reality that somebody loves you and that’s what a mommy is.�?

“We had a long talk with Mad about the fact that his brother is going to be scared and that Mommy is going to have to give him attention. And we’ve tried to figure out a lot of private time for each of them.�?

“When everybody goes to bed, we give Mad time. When everybody is at school, we give Shiloh time. In between, Z and Pax each get special time. And on Sundays we have a big family sleep, when the boys get in bed with us and we watch a movie. It started with Mad, then Pax, and now Z is desperate to move into the bed. We’re talking about having to build a bigger bed!�?

She added that it amuses both her and Brad at how fast they’ve become a large - and growing - family: “I met this amazing person, and we realized we had very similar views on how we wanted to live our lives. It’s happened quickly, with so many children. Yesterday, picking up the kids from school, Brad turned around in the car, and there were three of them. He couldn’t stop laughing.�?

“[Brad] couldn’t go with us to Vietnam to get Pax because he was working. But they got together very quickly. I think Pax, after seeing how much Zahara and Mad and Shi love Brad, understands that he’s his daddy. Everybody seems to be safe in his arms. He makes everybody laugh. He helps everybody.�?

“Extra�? has details from Angelina Jolie’s brand new interview about Brad and the kids.

In the new issue of Reader’s Digest, Momma Angie said that she and partner Brad Pitt set aside special time in the week for each of their children.

The world’s most beautiful couple and their four adorable kids – Pax, Maddox, Zahara and Shiloh – spend Sundays in bed watching movies together.

She also revealed that while she disciplines the girls, Brad has the daddy-duty down with the little men of the house.

Angie got even more candid with Reader’s Digest, talking about what it was like for Pax, three-and-a-half, to adjust to a home so far away from Vietnam.

“There were all these things he’d never had,�? she said. “The first time I gave him a bath, he was suddenly laughing, out of his mind. He took five baths in one day. We’d be talking, and he’d take his clothes off and run into the bathroom.�?

She also told Reader’s Digest how she’s dealing with the death of her mother, Marcheline Bertrand, who recently succumbed to cancer.

“I’m one of those people who walk around as if it’s fine, and then suddenly I don’t know why I’m crying over my breakfast,�? she told the magazine. “My mother was my best friend. I’m so grateful I had her as a mom.�?

But she said she finds a lot of strength in her family, and despite what the tabloids say, they are just a normal couple. She told the magazine that she loves Brad because, “He slows me down to kind of get it right, to relax into the strength of my family and the love.�?

Brad’s adopting Pax!

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s recently adopted son, 3-year-old Pax Thien from Vietnam, will officially get the name Jolie-Pitt like the couple’s other three children.

While rumors in Hollywood say the relationship between Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie may be on the rocks, the actress, who adopted the child in late march from a Vietnamese orphanage, has filed the papers on Monday, April 16th, in Santa Monica Superior Court to change Pax Thien’s last name so that it will include “the last name of her partner,” Brad Pitt, and be the same as that of the couple’s other children.

Angelina Jolie is named as the child’s mother but no name is given for the father. The words “adopted child” are typed in the space left for the father’s name.

A hearing will be held on the name change on May 31st at the Santa Monica Courthouse, it has been reported.

Celebrity gossip website, TMZ.com was the first to publish the formality papers required to legally change the boy’s name.

Jolie, who began the adoption process last year, completed the procedure in late March after flying to Vietnam with her oldest son, 5-year-old Maddox.

She filed the adoption as a single parent because the country’s regulations do not allow unmarried couples to co-adopt, however single parents are allowed.

Pax Thien, whose name means peaceful sky, joined Shiloh, the couple’s youngest daughter, Cambodian-born Maddox and Zahara, who was adopted from Ethiopia.

Previously named Pham Quang Sang, Pax Thien was abandoned after his mother gave birth in a local hospital. He was placed at the orphanage with hopes that his birth parents could be found. He was the first and only child recommended to Jolie for adoption.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, who starred in “Mr. and Mrs. Smith” together, visited the Tam Binh Orphanage in Vietnam, over Thanksgiving Day last November when they reportedly fell in love with Pax.

“You can imagine what courage it takes to be in all new surroundings with new people and a new language. He is very strong,” Jolie said of her new son.

Penelope Cruz has said that she wants to follow in Angelina Jolie’s footsteps by adopting a baby, in addition to eventually having biological child of her own. Penelope told Marie Claire: “Of course I want to have kids. I want to have my own kids, but also adopt. For a while I’ve had the feeling that my life won’t be complete if I don’t adopt.”

Halle Berry is the newest to blast Angelina Jolie for her foreign adoptions. Halle says Angelina and Brad Pitt have “forgotten” aobut American children and are wrong to adopt children from abroad when so many children in America need homes, Chocolate Magazine reports.

When asked if she will be adopting, Halle wouldn’t say one way or another, “I hope I have children one day - it’s not too late. I am looking forward to that,�? Halle says. “Maybe I will adopt somewhere down the road if that is the only way to bring a child into my life. There are lots of children that need a home in America. I feel we have forgotten about our own kids. With Brad and Angelina it’s whatever works for them.”
