The first picture of Brad Pitt’s photos of Angelina Jolie for W magazine have surfaced along with snippets of the W interview.

Here’s what she say about the intimate portraits:
“I’m with a man who’s evolved enough to look at my body and see it as more beautiful, because of the journey it has taken and what it has created. He genuinely sees it that way. So I genuinely feel even sexier.”

About deciding to give birth to children:
“I think one of the life changing things that he did, one of many, is that I was absolutely never going to get pregnant. I never felt that it was the right thing to do. I suppose I just looked at him and loved him and just felt open to (getting pregnant). I suddenly wanted to. It’s one of those things you can’t explain.”

About giving birth to three of her six children:
“I wouldn’t trade that experience for the world. It taught me a lot about life, just the process of it, and now we have three other beautiful children that wouldn’t otherwise be here.

About her relationship with Brad:
“I do think that I’m in a good partnership now. I think it just needed to be the right man.”

You can just make out a little hand in the picture.  I wonder which of the twins it is.  I can’t wait to see the rest of the photos.  Looks like Brad did a fantastic job.  This interview will reveal a lot about the family.  Kudos to our favorite couple for sharing their lives with us.

Angelina reveals in an Parade magazine interview that maternal instincts lead her to adopt Maddox. She met him once before she actually knew she would adopt him, “When I met my son Maddox, I went to Cambodia and left feeling I’d left something behind.” She returned the the country on a humanitarian mission, “… I felt, ‘My son’s here.’ It was the strangest feeling. I woke up that morning thinking, ‘They’re going to introduce me to my kid today and I wonder how I’m going to feel.’ And the moment I saw Maddox I knew I was his mother. I can’t explain it.”

Angelina adopted Maddox while she was still married to Billy Bob Thorton but she recieved sole custody of him. Angelina has said that she Maddox’s relationship with Brad help cement their relationship. He actually started calling Brad without their suggestion that he do so.

This summer we learned that Brad Pitt had shot a family photo spread for W magazine. Life&Style Magazine has confirmed one of the photos will show Angelina breastfeeding one of the twins.

“Angelina posed for Brad [Pitt] in one of the photos while breast-feeding,” the source revealed to Life & Style. “It’s really beautiful and tastefully done.” They’re scheduled to appear in W’s November issue which is scheduled to hit newsstands on Oct. 21.

This weekend Angelina said that breastfeeding has a been a large part of her C-section recovery.  The March of Dimes reports that 77 percent of women breastfeed their child for any length of time. Forty percent of those women were still breastfeeding their children at six months. Quotes from Angelina suggest that she breastfed Shiloh for about a year.

Okay yesterday they were in New Orleans and couple of days before that they were in New York and few days before that they were Germany and now they’ve returned to France.  Brad and Angie touched down at the Nice airport today with all six kids.  Brad and Angelina will soon return to Germany for Brad’s Inglorious Bastards’ shoot. Brad is southern character will be one of the only English speaking rolls in the film.

According to IMDB, to Angie is next slated to star in The Mercenary: Love and Honor. Angelina plays Catherine the Great who’s been asked “to provide twenty thousand Russian soldiers to help put down the resistance in America.” An American emissary is sent to squash the deal and the two fall in love. The moveis based on Love and Honor by Randall Wallace.

Angelina and Brad took their two oldest kids to New Orleans Ninth Ward for a look around The Make it Right site  In case you’ve forgotten, Make It Right is the charity founded by Brad Pitt to help rebuild the Katrina devastated Lower 9th Ward.  Make It Right are green and affordable.   The goal of the group is to build 150 homes.  This week Brad announced that Make it Right has raised enough funds to build 90 houses.

Looks like they are off to a good start. Brad and Angelina took some time to chat with locals and of course cuddle up.

Angelina has said that she and Brad will expose the kids to all families charitable endeavors with hopes that the kids follow in their footsteps.

I don’t usually post solo Brad sightings(I leave that to the intrepid Randi at Brad Pitt Watch) but in light of all the Roseanna Barr controversy from August I thought this was kind of interesting.  Roseanne was up in arms because Angelina had not selected a presidential candidate at that point. (Rosie thinks Angie should support Barack.)

Angelina might not have decided but it seems Brad sure has.  Earlier today he was spotted cycling near the family’s New Orlean’s home with a “with a drawing of Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama on the cover.” Brad and Barack are actually ninth cousins related through a Virginian named Edwin Hickman who died in 1718. I checked out campaign donations and neither Brad or Angelina have made any campaign donations for the presidential election.

The family landed in New York today for Angelina’s October 4th Changeling premier.  Angelina, Brad and the kids flew from Berlin where they set up house while Brad films the World War II thriller Inglorious Bastards. This marks the first spontaneous sighting since Angie gave birth to the twins. (I’ll have to remember that I really love her because no one should look this good after giving birth to three children.)

According to Angie’s stylist Jen Rade, Angie is ready to unveil a post pregnancy look.  Rade wouldn’t give any details but said that Angelina is going for “kind of classic with a rock and roll edge”.

Meanwhile, Brad is already getting praise from his Bastards co-stars.

Brad already impressed me at the first rehearsal,” gushed Bastards costar Christian Berkel.

“He’s very funny and an extremely likeable person who acts totally normal, not at all like a huge star.” Added said costar Gedeon Burkhard: “Brad is an extremely cool guy and the best actor in the world.”

No word on the family’s lodgings.    I’m sure we’ll find out soon enough.

After spending nearly five months nesting in France, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have moved on to Germany.  According to numerous reports, the family will stay in Germany for ninety days while Brad films Quentin Tarantino’s Inglorious Bastards. The family is believed to be renting Palais Parkschloss on Wannsee Lake. The 30,000 sqaure foot home features a helicopter pad, a dock and a 14 member security team.

It is not clear if Jolie and Pitt – who signed a longterm lease on their French estate – have purchased the property or are simply renting.

When the family arrived last week, witnesses spotted Brad toting the kids from a private plane. “Brad lifted the kids out of the plane and brought them to the transporter,” an eyewitness told People Magazine. “I saw him lift out Shiloh and Zahara.”

I can barely get it together to donate $5 to my local no kill shelter and these two have time for six kids, a relationship and HIV clinics all over the world.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have donated $2 million dollars to the Global Health Committee to fund a HIV/AIDS clinic in daughter Zahara’s home country of Ethiopia.

The center will be modeled after the Cambodian Health Committee’s Maddox Chivan Children’s Center in Cambodia, where children receive medical, education and social services.

“It is our hope that when Zahara is older, she will take responsibility for the clinic and continue its mission,” Brad said in a statement.

The clinic will named after Zahara as the clinic in Cambodia is named after Maddox.

“Our goal is to transfer the success we have had in Cambodia to Ethiopia where people are needlessly dying of tuberculosis, a curable disease, and HIV/AIDS, a treatable disease,” Angelina said in a statement.

Angelina Jolie and partner Brad Pitt have earned top ranking in yet another list.  According to Vanity Fair, the couple is among the most influential people in the world.  This is the first time Angie and Brad have made the list at all.  (That seems weird.)  Old heads include Bill Clinton, Clinton Foundation(11), Oprahy Winfrey(43) and Donatella Versace(25). Last week Brad Pitt photographed Angelina and the kid’s at Chateau Miraval for a W magazine cover set for a November release.  Photography has long been a hobby of Brad’s.  He appeared on the March 2007 cover of Interview holding a camera.  Rumor has it that  Angie gifted him a Littman 45 single camera for his birthday gift.

You’ll remember that they  appeared in a July 2005 W photo spread as a 50’s era married couple.  Supposedly the spread was to advertise Mr. and Mrs. Smith but didn’t it really officially announce their relationship?  After all they adopted Zahara the same month the cover ran. I admit I was a bit disturbed about how things went down with Jennifer(this was before I was a fan) but I appreciated that both parties were able to move on without being ugly with one another.

It doesn’t matter that Angelina and Brad live in a multi-million dollar home or that their net worth is larger than a small island nation, the superstar couple could still collect family benefits offered by the French government.

One of the first things Pitt, 44, did on arriving was to register the family at the town hall in nearby Brignoles, to make sure they were known to local medical services, said a local source.

According to to officials, the family is not eligible for an initial birth payment because they make over $97,700 dollars. However they are however eligible for a childcare payment of approximately $777 a month because it’s not based on income.

Basic family payments will also mean a monthly sum of pounds £599.12(882.80 USD), supplemented by an “orphan allowance” times three of £275.12(405.38 USD).

The mayor of Correns Michaël Latz said: “They are ordinary and very kind. They eat like us, they live like us and they are very interested in the organic food of Correns. They decided to move here after visiting other homes in the region.”

It’s been rumored that the family signed a 3-year lease. Guess they’ll be in region for some time though I doubt they’ll collect the money.

The newest members of the Jolie-Pitt brood racked up record sells for People magazine. According to Womens’ Wear Daily, the Viv and Knox issue was the biggest seller in seven years, and is the fourth highest newsstand seller in the magazine’s 35-year history.”

The twins are behind Sept. 11 issue (4.1 million single copies), Princess Diana’s death (3 million) and the one covering the death of John F. Kennedy Jr. (2.8 million). Shiloh’s cover only managed to sell 2.2 mill. (I’m sure she’s crushed. /sarcasm.)

The Viv and Knox cover stayed on the stands longer than usual as well. The issue was released on Monday, Aug. 4, two days before the usual Wednesday drop date. It will remain on stands until tomorrow.

People also raised the cover price for the twins from “$4.49, or 50 cents more than its regular price.”

In addition to the print revenue, the cover had a large online presence. The site had six million unique visitorsduring the first 24 hours after the cover went online. People.com usually averages 8 million unique visitors a month.

According to the Rocky Mountain News, Angelina and Brad may host a charity event during the Democratic National Convention which will be held in Denver August 25-28. The couple is supposedly in talks with “a local promoter” about the event. No word on what charity it will benefit or if the event is part of the official festivities. If Brad and Angie are taking advantage of all the big wigs in town. My guess is the latter. If this is things comes off, they’ll have the full attention of lots of deep pocket big wigs. They could collect a tidy sum for charity. If I had to take a guess, and this is only a guess, I’d guess the event will benefit rebuilding New Orleans.

In other news, Maddox celebrated his 7th birthday on Tuesday. To celebrate he spent the entire day with dad racing go-karts. “It was just Maddox and Brad,” says a source. “Just father-son time.” Even though dad has more real life experience it was Maddox who crossed the finish line first. Mom stayed home to watch the rest of the brood. Luckily she has help because I can’t imagine taking care of three-week-old twins and 3 kids under five. Kudos to any of you out there who has.

In still other news Brad’s been cast in Quentin Tarantino’s World War II action-drama Inglorious Bastards,. Brad is set to play “play a Southern rebel who assembles a team of eight prisoners-turned-soldiers to battle the Nazis.” Filming starts on October 13th in Germany. I guess that means the family are hunkered down in Europe for a bit longer.

The Spanish version of Hello! has hit the internet. It seems that we’ve got the complete spread of the Jolie-Pitt pics from Hello! and People.

Maddox is sporting a blue streak in his hair while Pax opted for blonde. Diva Shiloh has her her nails polished. The entire family is dressed in white, looking very natural and completely happy.

Brad and Angie are laughing off reports that they conceived via in vitro. “If they had been conceived by IVF, we would have been happy to discuss it,” Angie told People. “But we have been fortunate never to have had fertility problems.”

In fact, the couple was completely shocked when they found out they were having twins.

“We were in shock and could not stop laughing,” Angelina said.

Brad added, “We bust into hysterics. My sister had made a joke about twins literally the night before, because my grandparents and sis both had twins. Angie was on the table during the sonogram, and we were in hysterics. We didn’t see this one coming.”

Despite the large brood the family continues have already planned their next charity trip.

Angie: “The next trip for our Foundation will most likely be Asia to follow up on the situation in Burma and our work in Cambodia. The boys have been asking to go so we will take them when Knox and Viv are a little older.”

There next projects include “building TB/AIDS clinic in Ethiopia.”   They plan on taking Zahara there when she gets older.
