People and Hello have has released the first photos of Knox and Vivianne. People snagged the North American rights while Hello! had Europe covered.

Here’s what Angie and Brad have to say about their growing brood.

“It is chaos, but we are managing it and having a wonderful time,” Angelina told People about the family’s daily life. The old kids enjoy playing outdoors. Hide and Seek is the favorite.

Adds Pitt: “[It's] still a cuckoo’s nest.”

Brad thinks he sees the family resemblance already.

“Viv is proving to resemble Ange in spirit, attitude and physicality… And Knox, he’s a bit of me.”

The’ve even got some little helpers.

“[Shiloh] and Z pick out [the twins'] clothes and help change and hold them,” says Angelina “It’s sweet – they are little mommies.” There’s even a cute little picture of the Shiloh holding Vivienne.

The entire 19-page spread will hit newsstands this week.

Even a massive French estate with round the clock security isn’t giving Angelina and Brad breathing room. Yesterday, the family’s security found camouflaged paparazzi trespassing on the chateau’s grounds. Of course both sides give widely different stories.

Freelance photographer Luc Goursolas said he broke a guard’s finger and bit another until he bled, and that they hit him with a walkie-talkie, punched and kicked him, leaving a head wound that required three stitches.

“I was pouring blood. I threw myself at them, put blood all over them, and told them that I had HIV so they would stop hitting me,” Goursolas told The Associated Press on Friday.

Tony Webb, head of security at the Miraval estate, said Goursolas went “berserk” without provocation and denied that his guards punched the photographer.

Webb says the family may have to move because for the media frenzy. “If they get invasion of their privacy like this then they would have no option, and they would have to go somewhere where the laws are upheld a bit better,” Webb said.

Complaints were filed all around though it appears that local police aren’t taking the situation seriously.
Police spokesperson Capt. Olivia Poupot said, “This kind of thing is really not the type of problem that interests us,” she said. “There are, in my opinion, far more important things than paparazzi taking photos of a glamour couple.”

I get Capt Olivia’s point of view. Angelina and Brad have resources and a healthy happy family. In her opinion, they chose this life and so thems the breaks. To a certain extent she’s right. Angelina and Brad have chosen a profession that brings attention to themselves and their family. I think they completely understand that. What they don’t understand is someone coming sitting for hours, in camouflage to get pictures of their premature children. These photogs aren’t murderers and they shouldn’t be treated as such but they should be held accountable.

Rumor alert! Us Weekly is reporting that Brad and Angelina used fertility treatments to conceive the twins. A “well placed” source insists that our favorite couple went this route so they “wouldn’t have to deal with the stress of trying to get pregnant”. If the rumor is true(I highly doubt that it is), it would explain the twins. The chance of having fraternal twins jumps from 1 to 25 percent when couples conceive via in vitro.

This really doesn’t ring true. Angie got pregnant with Shiloh very quickly. This article suggests that Angie and Brad didn’t really give natural methods try but just jumped right in with fertility treatments. Oh well, I’m sure US Weekly didn’t get the baby photos so they’ve got to have something to print.

Just Jared contends that family will soon vacate their French Chateau for he ancient isles sooner rather later though the most recent photos show the family still in France. Bauergriffinonline.com has photos of the family hanging out the Brad’s parents Bill and Jane Pitt a few days after Angie left the hospital this weekend. That brings us to our next topic.

How exactly did Angie get out of the hospital without being seen?

People magazine is reporting that Angelina, Brad and twins left the French hospital around 3:50 a.m. when a grey minibus arrived in a previously closed section of hospital grounds. According to a witness, “There was a sudden spray of light out of the hospital’s garage way and then four or five people came out of that through a rear doorway. They stood behind the hospital in a small courtyard in the dark.”

The witness also described a flurry of activity that ended with swift exit. “This group of people got into the van, very quickly. . . . It was all done in a hurry. And they were very quick organizing themselves inside. Very rapid. And then ‘Pouf!’ they were gone.”

“With all the press attention around them, a constant watch on the front of the hospital, they managed to leave so quickly, my hat’s off to them,” the witness said.

At around 9:50 a.m Dr. Sessum confirmed the departure by telling reporters, “You can go home. The story is over.”

I wonder if they’re already in Greece. Angie looks great!

Dr. Michael Sussman(on the left) shared a bit with fans outside of the hospital today. According Dr. Sussman, Brad cut the chord and was with Angie during the entire delivery. “He was my assistant!” Dr. Sussmann joked. Pictured above are Knox’s  and Vivienne’s birth certificate being held by Nice’s mayor Christian Estrosi.

Brad was a cool customer during the delivery.
“He was … perfectly calm, totally determined, very pleased to be at the birth of his children, very moved and very emotional,” said Sussmann.

He didn’t reveal when Angie would leave the hospital.
“When will Jolie and the babies leave the hospital? “I don’t know,” he said. “She will stay for a few days. You know, in Europe it isn’t like in the United States, where the patients go home after three days. They will stay a bit longer until everything is okay.”

Dr. Sussman added that all are well.
“The babies are fine. The babies are with the mother and father and they are fine.”

Finally confirmed. Angelina has given birth to a boy and a girl via C-section. Angelina gave birth to Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline on Saturday night at the Santa Maria clinic of the Lenval Foundation Hospital in Nice. Knox came in at 5.03 lbs, and weighed Vivienne 5 lbs. (That’s pretty healthy for twins) Angelina’s doc Dr. Michel Sussmann told the AP that “Everything is going well. The mother, the babies, the father are doing marvelously well.” Brad was there during the operation which was moved up for medical reasons. Dr. Sussman didn’t explain what those reasons were. Angie and the twins are expected to be in the hospital for at least a few days.

Marcheline is of course named for for Angie’s late mother. Knox was the middle of name of Brad’s maternal grandfather The family has already snapped any related domain names for the twins. The extensive list is below. Congrats to the family!!!!

TMZ is reporting that bidding for the twins first photos is up to 16 million dollars. Take a moment. Drink that in. It’s going to do wonders for the whatever charity or charities the family decides on. Just look at what the money could do for the UNHCR. With $16 million they could do any of the following.

• Put a survival kit containing blankets, stoves and other essentials in the hands hands of 160,00 refugee families
• Sink 32.000 clean water wells
• Provides 1.6 children with therapeutic feeding kits that could save their lives.
• Provide 80,000 tents to shelter refugee families

I imagine that Angie and Brad will divide it between several charities. Keep in mind 16 mill is just the price right now. The photos could go for much more. BUT here’s the catch(according to TMZ), the publication cannot use the word “Brangelina”. I don’t know if it’s just for the twins’ photos or for ever that the publication will agree not to use “Brangelina” forever. Apparently they both hate the nickname but Angelina is the one that really despises it. I am sure it ’s frustrating to have your personal relationship reduced to one word. Do you think it’s fair for Angie to put these constraints on the photo use? I can certainly see why they want to exercise some control over how they are portrayed. It’ll be interesting to see if this is actually a condition of the contract. I was hoping those babies would come last week but babies come in there own time.

The mayor is thrilled that Angelina and Brad have chosen his city for the babies birth so he’s given them honorary citizenship. “That is for the citizens of Nice a very great honor and a great satisfaction,” mayor Christian Estrosi said. “We are very happy for this choice of Mrs. Angelina Jolie and Mr. Brad Pitt and I want to say to them that I wish a lot of joy to them and the babies, and great success for all of their lives.” (We know Angelina isn’t exactly a Mrs. but we get the point.)

“All their lives they will be Nicois and all their life they will be able to come to Nice and we will receive them with great honor,” the mayor said. This is quite an honor for the unborn babies.

Being born in France doesn’t automatically give you citizenship. The twins will have the option of “obtaining French citizenship when they turn 18 as long as France has been their primary residence for at least 5 years after age 11.”

Star Magazine reports that Angie is becoming increasingly worried as the birth approaches. (What mother isn’t worried about her babies?) According to a nurse at Angie’s hospital,  Angelina is more worried about the smaller twin.

“[Twins] are never born with identical weights and sometimes one is considerably larger than the other,” Nurse Marie Lacroix told the Star.

If this woman is actually a nurse at the hospital won’t she be fired for violating patient confidentiality?  On the other hand, tabloid reporters often trick staff into revealing things.   And other times they just make it up.

Angelina got a visit from the girls yesterday and Maddox today. (Shiloh is so cute. She’s holding on to her dollies for dear life. While Maddox is rocking the blond again. He’s such a rocker.)

According to a French newspaper, Angie is on fifth floor of the hospital with an unobstructed view of the Bay of Angels. The paper also says that Angie has reserved four rooms on the maternity ward and has at least one bodyguard on the floor.

The Fondation Lenval ” is a 133-bed hospital in Nice, France, that specializes in the care of children and teens. Established in 1884, it has a history of treating children whose parents do not have the resources for medical care.” Angie’s probably paying about $200 a night for each room.

The girls road with dad to see mom while Maddox traveled with a bodyguard. The French publication also reports that Angie arrived by helicopter.

There are some pics floating around the internet that are supposedly of Angie showing her pregnant belly.  There appears to be a Brad-looking person standing next to her.  It really doesn’t look like her to me.  The hair is all wrong(doesn’t this woman have light hair?) and the guy doesn’t look as buff as Brad.  Also doesn’t she have tattoo on her pelvis?  Wouldn’t we see it peaking out? Where’s her C-Section scar.  I doubt she’d flash reporters after going through all the trouble to have her doc hold a press conference.  Seems weird to me but maybe Angie was having some fun with the paps.  What do you guys think?

We’ve got some videos from around the net of the Angelina baby watch frenzy. Everyone is consumed.

As most of you know by now, Angelina Jolie has checked into a Lenval Hospital in Nice. Her obstetrician, Dr. Michel Sussmann, actually held a press conference today to assure fans that everything is going well.

“[Angelina’s] hospitalization at this stage of her pregnancy is strictly normal for someone who underwent a caesarean in her first pregnancy.�?

When asked about the twins due date, “This is something you can’t program, you never know for sure. I can’t give you a date. Let’s say the birth will happen in the weeks to come.�?  The doc also added that he will close at hand  until the twins arrive.

Brad, Shi and Zee went and saw mom today.

Rumor has it that Brad has his own bed the hospital. Of course the room is under heavy heavy security.

Grain of salt people. Take it all with a grain of salt. OK! magazine reports that Brad and Angie are set to adopt and African boy. According to the mag, the couple planned on adopting an African boy soon after they adopted Pax but plans changed when Angie found out she was pregnant with the twins.

“Angie and Brad have wanted an African boy for the last couple of years,” an “insider” told OK!. “They were initially going to have that adoption follow the addition of Pax last year, but that all changed when Angie got pregnant with twins last fall.”

I’m not sure what the article in it’s entirety(this story is only the web tease) but they’ve allegedly already started the process.

“Angelina was pretty far along in the process of adopting a beautiful baby that captured the couple’s heart when she and Brad got the surprise of their life and found out they were expecting,” the insider revealed.

I’ll believe it when I see it.

According to story in the LA Times. Mary Hart isn’t giving up on the family’s birth story. At a tribute for Motown founder Bary Gordy, Hart refused to admit defeat with regard to she’s-had-the-babies mess.

“No one has seen Angelina in the last two weeks,” Hart told the media outlet.

Hart also shared a bit with event’s crowd “We still don’t know if she’s had those babies or not and until we do we won’t retract our story. I don’t know yet that we’ve made a mistake.�?

“I hope that the babies were born when we said they were and that we had our facts straight,�? added Hart. “I have never retracted a story in 26 years but all I can do now is wait and see.�?

My issue with this whole business is she’s basically saying that Brad and Angie lied. Their camp completely denied the birth story. That ought to be good enough for ET and Mary Hart but apparently it’s not.

There’s still much drama surrounding the Angelina Jolie fake delivery story. According to the AP, Entertainment Tonight knew the story was fake before it aired on their show. Angelina’s real assistant, Holly Goline, told the media source that she had not sent them emails about the birth after it was printed on the ET’s website.

Shortly after the story was posted but several hours before the broadcast aired, Goline told “Entertainment Tonight” that she was not the person with whom they had been corresponding, a person with direct knowledge of the conversation told The Associated Press. That account was confirmed by another person close to Jolie.

The story started with and ET Producer named Sharlette Hambrick who told the show that “she had obtained a BlackBerry e-mail address for Goline from a contact at CNN, according to the executive, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to release the information.”

According to the show, they didn’t learn of the impostor until they received a letter from Jolie’s attorney three days after the show aired. A statement for the show read in part:

“We takes this very seriously and is, of course, concerned that the show may have been victimized by someone allegedly posing as a member of Ms. Jolie’s team. We are actively investigating the matter and are reaching out to law enforcement agencies.”

All this back and forth was supposed to have taken place via Holly’s Blackberry email. A source close the family says that Holly has never had a Blackberry account even though she was spotted with a Blackberry at Cannes. (Do you have to have a Blackberry account to use your Blackberry? I have no idea how it works. I assume you can just use any ole email account as long as you are connected at to the web.)

It’s all very confusing but it looks like ET didn’t fact check like they should have.
