Shots were fired on November 27th near one of Brad and Angelina’s California homes. At approximately 4 a.m., shots rang out only 25 feet from the Jolie-Pitts’ Los Feliz home. Gunshots struck a camper used by the family’s security team and the Range Rover of another homeowner.

Neighbor John Martinez said, “It was crazy. If anybody had been in the car, he or she could’ve been killed.�? (I’m not sure if he was talking about the Jolie-Pitt vehicle or the Range Rover.)

One of the family’s bodyguards, identified only as Brett, was was seen inspecting damages on November 29th. When questioned about the incident he said, “I’m doing fine, but I don’t want to talk about this.”

According Brad’s rep, the family was not the target of the shooting.

Police officers arrived at the scene a few minutes after the shooting. Subsequent days saw unmarked police cars patrolling the perimeter of the Jolie-Pitt residence. Two heavily tinted SUVs were posted at the main gate of the sprawling residence.

Thank God everyone is safe and sound. Hopefully they were able to relax some while in New Orleans.

Including opening attachments from unknown senders. Promises of seeing a nude Angelina Jolie have left some internet users with nasty malware. Sophos senior security consultant, Carole Theriault says that Hollywood actresses are very effective in this kind of attack

“The trick of tempting users with scantily clad pictures of hot-looking girls is as old as the hills - but people still fall for it. The Pushdo Trojan has been spammed out every Wednesday since March 2007 using a variety of enticing disguises, but cyber criminals [are now spamming] any time and day of the week.”

The number of infected spam e-mails gained .02 percent through the August-September period, accounting for one in every 833 e-mails.
Sophos detected 5,400 new Web pages hosting malicious code each day in September.

Angelina and Halle Berry were the focus of last month’s attack. Spammers have also used Britney Spears and Paris Hilton as bait.

The kicker is that many of the emails actually do contain nude pictures of the celebs but… if you want to see a nude Angelina just freeze frame one of her movies. It’s much safer.

Parade Magazine has just released their 2006 Year-End Pop Culture Poll, and according to the poll Jennifer Aniston is hotter than Angie.

Under the category of “Who has the hottest bod in Hollywood?” Jennifer Aniston won 23% of the votes while Jessica Alba won at 24%. I don’t think anyone can deny that Aniston has a hot body, I also don’t think that Angelina is loosing any sleep from not beating Jen in this category. Not to mention, Angie got the guy.

Also worth mentioning from this poll (not all are Angelina related, but I found them interesting none-the-less)…

In the category of “Which boldface name would you want to host your New Year’s Eve party?” The new domestic diva, Rachael Ray, came in second with 27% and the original domestic diva, Martha Stewart, got 9% of the vote. Oprah came in first but I don’t actually like her so whatever.

As Parade puts it, Angelina’s “baby-daddy/boyfriend” Brad Pitt received 34% of the vote and is “Father of the Year“. Ben Affleck is second with 27% and Matt Damon third with 13%. FedEx come in last with 1.5%

Which closet does everyone want? Jennifer Aniston’s at (41%), no other female even came close. Brad came in second for the men with 13% (P. Diddy was first with 14%).
