Lunch at the Ritz with Angelina and Jennifer Aniston?

In a recent interview of Angelina by Vogue Magazine, Angelina states that she has in fact met Jennifer Aniston briefly. They’ve shaken hands and said hello but nothing more. As to an actual sit-down conversation with Aniston, AJ says “That would be her decision [for a long sit-down], and I would welcome it.”.
I love Angelina, but is it just me or is she just trying to look like the better person? Seriously, what ex of your current flame have you ever been willing to meet in real life? Let alone a calm dignified lunch over cobb salad and Pellegrino?

Dude, I get wanting to meet your ex. Especially with them in the public eye. But: alone? That could turn nasty quickly. Maybe not the best idea.

Maybe Angelina wants to suggest a threesome to calm everybody down instead of having such awkwardness between them all, I mean come on this is Angelina, sounds like something she’s propose ;P

you know what? I think that Angie longs to give some punch on Jen’s pity party face! well it’s quite logical, it fits Jen to victimise herself but if they ever meet one day she can’t ignore the fact that her marriage with Brad was in trouble long time ago, and it’s not ALL because of Angie.

It’s better to be civil than to be enemies or whatever. Even though Brad & Jen didn’t have kids together, they had a relationship with eachother and just because that part of the relationship is over it doesn’t mean they don’t still care about what happens to eachother… they are still friends. Maybe AJ wants Jen to know she’s ok with that, and she wants to get to know her a little more personally so she some what knows this ex & friend of her sweeties. AJ seems secure enough in her relationship with Brad, despite the gossip mags saying otherwise….maybe she wants Jen to know that she is ok with her continuing her friendship with Brad?? If Brad wanted to be with Jen, he would still be with Jen - but he’s not, he’s with AJ. Also, maybe she wants to get together with her so they can talk and straighten out the lies that the gossip mags have told about their whole situation since day 1.
